NERRS Education Coordinators

The Middle School Estuaries 101 Curriculum is being written by committed environmental educators from all 28 Research Reserves. Their combined knowledge and talents make this a very special project. But, in order to bring some cohesiveness and direction to the project, we involved two key curriculum developers which lead all aspects of this project, including project planning, curriculum development, technical design, interface development, project management, testing and evaluation.

Project Team

Curriculum Writers & Reviewers
All 28 Research Reserve Educators were deeply involved in the design of this curriculum. They developed the ideas for the activities, packaged and vetted the various reserve research stories highlighted in the curriculum, and provided various multimedia resources.

Project Management
Margaret Sedlecky, Atziri Ibanez and Bree Murphy provided project oversight, coordination and technical guidance on the implementation of this contract and overall development of the curriculum.
